Terms of Service

Job Hunter is an AI tool that matches your résumé to job listings, drafts outreach messages, and helps you find people to contact. It is a productivity aid, not a recruiter, employer, or guarantee of a job.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the accuracy of the information (including the résumé) you provide.

Some features use credits. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Razorpay) and are consumed when you run searches. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase and may change over time. Credits have no cash value outside the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service, or any contact information it surfaces, to spam, harass, or violate anti-spam or data-protection laws.
• Scrape, resell, or bulk-export data from the service.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Job matches, company information, and contact details (including unverified, guessed emails) are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any match, the deliverability of any guessed email, or any outcome (including interviews or employment). Verify details before acting on them, and reach out lawfully and respectfully.

Job Hunter relies on third parties (e.g. AI providers, payment, hosting, search). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Hunter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using Job Hunter at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
